Labradorite is named for Labrador, the region in Canada where it was first mined. Those who discovered it were quickly enamored, but long before this discovery the native peoples knew of this stone and associated it with the Aurora Borealis.
It is a highly mystical and protective stone, often referred to as a stone of transformation. It raises consciousness and deflects unwanted energies from the aura. Also said to hold esoteric knowledge, it can transport us psychically into another world or into other lives. It encourages our inherent magical powers to come to the surface, enhancing clairvoyance and connection to our spirit guides. It can also aid in tapping into the Akashic Records, past life recall, and psychic readings. It also helps us to balance analysis and the rational side with our inner sight.
Labradorite reminds us to keep our eyes on the stars and to embrace the mystical side of life.

These Labradorite hearts are beautiful. They each have quite a bit of flash, some in vibrant blues, some in greens, even the occasional purple. They're available in two sizes, make your size selection and I'll intuitively choose one for you.
All of the stones you receive from my shop are cleansed and blessed with Reiki energy, and people often tell me that crystals they purchase off the shelves of my retail shop have lovely high-vibe energy. That said, it's always a good idea to clear and consecrate any new stones when you receive them. To do this, first, use sage smoke to clear away any unwanted energies the stones may have picked up in their travels to you. You can then consecrate your crystal by focusing energy and intent into the stone, programming it for whatever purpose you have intended for it.
