They are available in limited quantities at the time of their release, and once they sell out for the season, they'll retire once again to The Vault until their season rolls around the following year.

You can peruse this section of the catalog to read about these scents and their dates of availability. As of May 2020, many have been unavailable for quite some time for a variety of reasons and are impatiently awaiting their resurrection dates... as am I.
